NIGHTS WATCH PARLIAMENT GO TO NEWCASTLE PRINTMAKERS WORKSHOP - 28th September to the 30th September8/30/2018 A New infusion into the show is this pottery owl head crafted this year . As the show moves around the countryside and works are purchased new works are created to take their place. Am interested in clay so have been on a learning curve this year to acquire knowledge on the use of clay and glazes. Have barely scratched the surface but am enjoying the journey. To see this and many more works - attend the opening at Newcastle Printmakers Workshop on the 28th September 6-7.30p.m. This show will give you an insight to these wonderful creatures and the what we can do to preserve them. A spray coat of bright red to jazz up the welded wire sculptures and to create more visibility Hanging it to dry and watching shadow play on the lawn. This sculpture is now ready to go and reside in the Forest of Tranquility and cast its shadows there for all to see and enjoy. This piece of work reflects my love of winged creatures .
